There is a possibility to prepare meals considering the diet. Please report when booking. In case of demand for gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the booking process, and at the latest at check-in at the Hotel.
The package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Meals are served in a buffet or à la carte style (depending on hotel occupancy)

While floating in the pool, all muscles can completely relax, something we cannot even achieve during a very good sleep. The high concentration of Epsom salt cleanses the body of toxins, reduces swelling and congestion in tissues, lowers blood pressure, and positively affects our beauty by softening and exfoliating the epidermis, making the skin firmer and the silhouette more sculpted.

We recommend original Cistercian rituals based on natural plant materials cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco constitute elements of the landscape of Sulejów and inspired the creation of unique recipes for the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

During the stay of our youngest guests, we are guided by the slogan "Child VIP in the Hotel," which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest guests.
Additionally, a non-contact thermometer and contact information for a first aid doctor are available at the reception.
At the special request of our guests, we can arrange for a qualified babysitter for children.

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.
Each Guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the option to extend their stay in the room until 1:00 PM free of charge (in case of no room reservation, please contact the Reception to confirm availability.) Guests who have appointments for SPA treatments can stay in the room longer after the hotel day ends (after confirming availability at the Reception).
It is possible to use the Spa&Wellness area before and after checking out until 6:00 PM, with free luggage storage available at the hotel Reception, as well as a changing room and locker room at Monasterium Spa.
The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 meters away. There is an option to drive directly to the Reception to unload luggage.
Failure to use any services during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, will not result in a refund.
By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the Guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the package description.
The services included in the package are an integral whole, and there is no possibility of separate valuation or substitution.
If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include your VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.
