Hotel Podklasztorze is not just an ordinary hotel with a spa, it is an extensive relaxation and wellness area. Discover the soothing and health properties of the steam and mud bath with the Rassoul function and the Finnish dry sauna. Take care of your body and get rid of unnecessary metabolic products and toxins thanks to steam baths.

The spacious and modern steam room at the Podklasztorze Hotel has two functions: a classic steam bath and a mud bath, where guests of the Podklasztorze Hotel can perform a special ritual called Rassoul, originating from ancient Morocco.

An alternative to the steam bath is the mud bath, specifically the Rassoul Ritual, which takes place in the steam bath at the Guests' request.

A session in the steam sauna is a great way to unwind and relax after a hard day's work and training. A steam bath makes our body relax and enters a blissful state of relaxation. The skin is better supplied with blood, which stimulates the local metabolism and removes toxins, thanks to which its appearance improves: it is more elastic, smooth and rosy. Steam Sauna is an ideal solution for people who do not like visiting a dry sauna due to too high temperature. The mild temperature of around 50 degrees Celsius and high humidity make it ideal for beginners. It is also a very good introduction to massage and beauty treatments.

It is an extraordinary experience for both the body and the soul, consisting of a massage with clays from the Dead Sea and a bath in the humid air. Clays, drying on the body, provide an astringent effect of the substance. Gradually, as the air humidity increases, the clay softens and must be removed with a shower. Then, a peeling is performed and the body is lubricated with an oil that smoothes and makes the skin soft.
