Some recipes of the monks are even several hundred years old, such as the most famous beer produced by the monks, i.e. the product of the Trappists. It owes its name to the French abbey of Notre-Dame de la Trappe.

At Browar Restauracyjny Podklasztorze we brew beer based on malt, yeast and hops of the highest quality. It is not pasteurized or filtered, and owes its unique taste to maturing in medieval cellars.
