Meals

It is possible to prepare meals that accommodate dietary requirements. Please inform us when making a reservation. In case of a need for gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the booking process, and at the latest upon check-in at the hotel.

We recommend the unique Cistercian rituals, built on the basis of natural plant raw materials cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the landscape of Sulejów and have inspired the creation of exceptional recipes for the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for children.

Please provide information about necessary amenities for children during the booking process.

During the stay of our youngest Guests, we follow the motto “Child VIP in the Hotel,” which is why, as a Child-Friendly Hotel, we have prepared numerous amenities for our little guests.

At the request of guests, we provide the following free of charge to the room:

a crib for the child (bedding, blanket, pillow, extra blanket)
a bottle warmer
a changing mat
a bath tub
a non-slip mat
a toilet seat adapter and bathroom stool.

Additionally, a non-contact thermometer and contact information for a first aid doctor are available at the reception.

Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility to extend the hotel stay subject to availability for an additional fee.

Each Guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the opportunity to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (in case of no room reservation, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have booked spa treatments may stay in their room longer after the hotel day has ended (subject to confirmation of availability at the Reception).

It is possible to stay in the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out of the room until 6:00 PM. Guests have free access to luggage storage at the hotel Reception, changing rooms, and dressing rooms at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located about 200 meters behind the hotel. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

The non-utilization of any service during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not result in a refund.

By making a reservation and paying an advance, the Guest declares that they have read and accepted all the information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package form an integral whole and there is no possibility of separate pricing or exchange.

Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the details to which the invoice should be issued along with the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Cancellation

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
