Meals

It is possible to prepare meals that take diet into account. Please inform us when making the reservation.In case of need for gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the reservation process, or at the latest during check-in at the Hotel.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

We recommend the original Cistercian rituals, built on the basis of natural plant raw materials that were cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco constitute elements of the landscape of Sulejów, and they were the inspiration for creating the unique recipes of the first Monastic SPA in Poland.
In the SPA offer, you will also find Spa treatments for children.

For kids

Please provide information about the necessary amenities for children when making a reservation.
During the stay of our youngest guests, we adhere to the motto "Child VIP in the Hotel", therefore as a Child-Friendly Hotel, we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest guests.
Upon Guest request, we provide the following to the room free of charge:

Important information

Practical Information
The hotel stay begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is an option to extend the hotel stay based on availability for an additional fee.
Each guest at the Hotel Podklasztorze has the option to extend their stay in the room until 1:00 PM free of charge (in the case of no room reservation, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have booked SPA treatments can remain in the room longer after check-out (upon confirming availability at the Reception).
It is possible to stay in the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out of the room until 6:00 PM; guests have access to a free luggage storage at the hotel Reception, as well as a locker room and dressing room in Monasterium Spa.
The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 m away. There is an option to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.
Failure to utilize any service during the stay, as well as shortening it, does not result in a refund.
By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the package description.
The services included in the package constitute an integral whole, and it is not possible to make a separate valuation or exchange.
Financial Documents
If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Cancellation

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
