We recommend our original Cistercian rituals, built on a base of natural plant materials that have been cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are part of the landscape of Sulejów and they inspired the creation of the unique recipes for the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

During the stay of our youngest guests, we are guided by the slogan 'Child VIP in the Hotel', which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel, we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest guests.

Upon guests' request, we provide the following free of charge to the room:

• crib for the child (blanket, bedding, pillow, additional blanket)
• bottle warmer
• changing table
• bath tub
• non-slip mat
• toilet seat adapter and bathroom stool.

Additionally, a non-contact thermometer and contact information for a first-aid doctor are available at the reception.

• Practical Information

The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. There is a possibility to extend the hotel day based on availability for an additional fee.

Each guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the opportunity to extend their stay in the room until 1:00 PM (in the absence of room reservation, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests scheduled for SPA treatments may stay in their room longer after the hotel day has ended (upon confirming availability at the Reception).

Guests can stay in the Spa&Wellness area before and after checking out of the room until 6:00 PM; free luggage storage is available at the hotel Reception, along with lockers and changing rooms at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 meters away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Failure to utilize any benefits during the stay, as well as shortening it, does not result in a refund.

By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the Guest declares that they have read and accept all the information contained in the package description.

The benefits included in the package constitute an integral whole, and there is no possibility to make a separate valuation or exchange.

• Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details on which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to obtain a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will prevent the issuance of the VAT invoice at a later date
