It is possible to prepare meals accommodating dietary requirements. Please notify us when booking. If you require gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the booking process, and no later than upon check-in at the Hotel

We recommend signature Cistercian rituals, based on natural plant raw materials cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the Sulejow landscape and were the inspiration for creating the unique recipes of the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for Children.

During the stay of our youngest guests, we follow the motto "VIP Child at the Hotel," which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest guests.

Upon guest request, we provide free delivery to the room:

Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the option to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if the room is not reserved, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests with scheduled SPA treatments may stay longer in the room after the hotel day ends (subject to confirmation of availability at Reception).

It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out until 6:00 PM. Guests have free access to luggage storage at the hotel Reception, as well as cloakroom and changing rooms at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 meters away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Non-use of any service during the stay or shortening it does not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the guest declares that they have read and accept all information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be individually priced or exchanged.

Financial Documents

If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the data for the invoice along with the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

In the event of a change/cancellation of the reservation in less than 14 days or a no-show on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the booking value.
