Meals

It is possible to prepare meals considering a diet. Please notify when booking. If you require gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the booking process, and at the latest upon check-in at the Hotel.

Breakfasts are served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

It is possible to purchase dinner.

We recommend original Cistercian rituals, based on natural plant raw materials cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the Sulejów landscape and were the inspiration for creating the unique recipes of the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for children.

Important information

- Practical Information
The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.
Every guest of Hotel Podklasztorze can extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if the room is not reserved, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have scheduled SPA treatments, after the hotel day ends, may stay in the room longer (subject to confirmation of availability at Reception).
It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out until 6:00 PM. Guests have free access to luggage storage at the hotel Reception, cloakroom, and changing room in Monasterium Spa.
The hotel parking is located about 200 meters behind the hotel. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.
Failure to use any service during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not result in a refund.
By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the guest declares that they have read and accept all the information contained in the package description.
The services included in the package are an integral whole and cannot be separately priced or exchanged.
- Financial Documents
If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details to which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT identification number (NIP). Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation process will prevent issuing a VAT invoice later.

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Cancellation

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
