Meals

It is possible to prepare meals considering dietary requirements. Please report when booking. If you require gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the booking process, and no later than upon check-in at the Hotel.

Breakfasts are served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.
Dinners are served from 17:00 to 19:00 in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

The package starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Meals are served buffet-style or plated (depending on the hotel's occupancy).

Honey and Wine Restaurant

Sunday – Thursday 12:00 – 22:00, meal orders until 21:30

Friday – Saturday 12:00 – 23:00, meal orders until 22:00

From 10:30 to 12:00, the restaurant serves drinks and desserts from the display case.

Bar at the Honey and Wine Restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays until 1:00 AM.

Session in the salt cave with rose infusion for 2 people

A quiet space where the breath becomes deeper and the body naturally regenerates.
The microclimate of the cave supports relaxation and cleansing of the body, and the subtle scent of rose completes the experience, bringing a state of deep calm.

Monasterium SPA&Wellness

We recommend our proprietary Cistercian rituals, based on natural plant ingredients grown by monks. Even today, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the Sulejów landscape and served as inspiration for creating the unique recipes of the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for children.

Please provide information about needed facilities for children already during the booking process.

During the stay of our Youngest Guests, we abide by the motto "Child VIP in the Hotel," which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous facilities for our youngest Guests.

Upon Guests' request, we deliver free of charge to the room:

Important information

Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every Guest of Hotel Podklasztorze has the possibility to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if the room is not booked, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have scheduled SPA treatments may stay in the room longer after the hotel day ends (upon confirmation of availability at the Reception).

It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out from the room until 6:00 PM, with free luggage storage available at the hotel Reception, as well as a cloakroom and changing room at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel about 200 meters away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Unused services during the stay or shortening the stay do not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the Guest declares that they have read and accepted all the information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package form an integral whole and cannot be separately priced or exchanged.

Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details to which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Cancellation

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
