Meals

It is possible to prepare meals considering a diet. Please notify when booking. If you require gluten-free or lactose-free products, please provide information during the booking process, and no later than at check-in at the Hotel.

Breakfasts are served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the Chapter Room above the restaurant.
Dinners are served from 17:00 to 19:00 in the Chapter Room above the restaurant.

Meals are served buffet-style or plated (depending on Hotel occupancy)

Monasterium SPA&Wellness

2 treatments in the package - one treatment per person:

Sulejów herb massage (50min)
Warm herbal stamp massage of the whole body. The blend of herbs used for the stamps includes lavender and dandelion, which grow around the monastery grounds. The massage relieves tension, reduces stress, and deeply relaxes the senses.

Cistercian honey massage (50min)
Warm honey massage is especially recommended for those who need detoxification. It cleanses the body of toxins and nourishes the skin. Apitherapy, or treatment with honey, is considered one of the more natural methods of detoxifying the body.
(Treatment not recommended for people allergic to honey or its derivatives.)

Wellness Zone (pool, jacuzzi, other attractions)

Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Wellness Zone is available for children up to 12 years old until 8:00 PM.

Monastery baths: steam sauna, dry sauna

Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM,

on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

SPA Zone is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

We recommend the original Cistercian rituals, based on natural plant raw materials cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the Sulejów landscape and were the inspiration in creating the unique recipes of the first Monastery SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for children.

Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every guest at Hotel Podklasztorze has the option to extend their stay in the room free of charge until 1:00 PM (if there is no room reservation, please contact the Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have scheduled SPA treatments may stay in their room longer after the hotel day ends (subject to availability confirmation at Reception).

It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness area before and after checking out until 6:00 PM. Guests have access to free luggage storage at the hotel Reception, as well as cloakroom and changing rooms at Monasterium Spa.

The hotel parking is located behind the hotel approximately 200 m away. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Failure to use any service during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not entitle guests to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the guest declares that they have read and accept all the information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package constitute an integral whole and cannot be separately priced or exchanged.

Financial Documents

If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us at the time of booking. Please provide the details for the invoice, including the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during booking will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Cancellation

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
