Treatments can be booked every day at Monasterium SPA Reception from Monday to Friday from 12.00 to 21.00, on Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 9.00 to 21.00 by phone: 695 320 483 or by email: spa@hotelpodklasztorze.pl

Please arrive at Monasterium SPA 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the treatment. If you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened without the possibility of lowering its price.

In order to maintain the highest quality and proper course of the visit to Monasterium SPA, please read the Guest Card before starting the treatment. It is supplemented only during the first visit and is intended to familiarize our staff with the current state of your health. This will allow us to properly adjust the treatment to your needs.

The staff is not responsible for the consequences of treatments carried out despite existing contraindications that have not been disclosed.

We do not recommend shaving or depilating the skin immediately before the treatments. It is best to perform such treatments the day before visiting Monasterium SPA. It is also not recommended to use intensive sunbathing on the day of the procedure. Our staff will inform you about all indications for home care after the visit.

We suggest coming to the Monasterium SPA zone in a bathrobe and slippers, which are in your rooms. You will receive disposable underwear and towels from our staff. Ladies, we suggest coming without make-up. We suggest leaving all valuables, including jewelry, in the hotel room. The Spa is not responsible for items lost during treatments.

Our Monasterium SPA is a place of relaxation and relaxation. Therefore, in the Monasterium SPA zone, please keep silence and do not use mobile phones. We reserve the right to refuse entry to people under the influence of alcohol and to stop the procedure in the event of inappropriate behavior of guests. Inappropriate behavior (sexual propositions, aggression, etc.) will result in termination of the treatment and full payment for this treatment.

We follow the rules of hygiene: in the locker room and in the corridors we move around in flip-flops, in the sauna we sit or lie down on a towel, we use the swimming pools and Jacuzzi after taking a shower.

Children up to the age of 16 can use the Spa & Wellness with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The time of the treatment is counted from the Guest's entry to the exit of the Monasterium Spa office.

Changing the planned treatments: honey massage, chocolate massage, massage with Sulejów herbs, massage with stones, chocolate delicacies is possible no later than 30 minutes before the booked treatment.

You can cancel the treatments free of charge 8 hours before the scheduled start of the treatment. If you inform about resignation from the treatment at a later time, we reserve the right to charge the hotel bill with 50% of the treatment value. Failure to appear on the agreed date results in charging 100% of the treatment value. Guests who do not use the accommodation services at the Hotel Podklasztorze, who book treatments on weekends and holidays, are asked to prepay 50% of the value of the treatments. If you do not show up within the agreed time, the amount is not refundable.

The qualified staff of Monasterium SPA will take care of prolonging the effects of treatments during home care. After the visit, you will receive instructions on further care. Using the services of Monasterium SPA is tantamount to accepting the regulations. Monasterium SPA reserves the right to change the offer and opening hours.

Payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the SPA reception. Gratuity is not included in the treatment price.
