Meals

It is possible to prepare meals considering dietary requirements. Please notify us when booking. If you need gluten-free or lactose-free products, please inform us during the reservation process, and at the latest upon check-in at the Hotel.

Breakfasts are served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the Chapter Hall above the restaurant.

Meals are served buffet-style or plated (depending on hotel occupancy).

We recommend signature Cistercian rituals, based on natural plant raw materials cultivated by the monks. To this day, lavender fields, white lilies, and tobacco are elements of the Sulejów landscape and were the inspiration for creating the unique recipes of the first Monastic SPA in Poland.

The SPA offer also includes Spa treatments for Children.

Please provide information about the necessary amenities for children during the reservation process.

During the stay of our youngest Guests, we follow the motto "VIP Child at the Hotel," which is why as a Child-Friendly Hotel we have prepared numerous amenities for our youngest Guests.

Upon Guests' request, we provide free of charge to the room:

Practical Information

The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to availability for an additional fee.

Every guest of Hotel Podklasztorze can extend their stay in the room until 1:00 PM free of charge (if there is no room reservation, please contact Reception to confirm availability). Guests who have SPA treatments scheduled after the hotel day ends may stay in the room longer (subject to availability confirmation at Reception).

It is possible to use the Spa & Wellness zone before and after checking out until 6:00 PM. Guests have access to free luggage storage at the hotel Reception, a cloakroom, and a changing room at Monasterium Spa.

The Hotel Parking is located about 200 meters behind the hotel. It is possible to drive directly to the reception to unload luggage.

Failure to use any service during the stay, as well as shortening the stay, does not entitle to a refund.

By making a reservation and paying a deposit, the Guest declares that they have read and accepted all information contained in the package description.

The services included in the package form an integral whole and cannot be priced separately or exchanged.

Financial Documents

If you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the data on which the invoice should be issued, along with the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number (NIP) on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.

Parking

We encourage guests to drive a car to the main entrance from the courtyard, to unpack their luggage, and then park the car in the hotel parking lot. The hotel parking lot is located 200 meters from the hotel, behind the bus stop (after the roundabout, the second street on the left). See on map

Children

Hotel Podklasztorze is a family and children friendly hotel. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep on their parents' bed. The fees for children aged 4-11 depend on the selected stay offer. Children from the age of 12 are counted as full-pay. A child who is 3 years old is considered 4 years old, a child who is 11 years old is considered 12 years old. See what amenities we have prepared for the youngest guests.

Cancellation

30% przedpłaty, anulacja do 7 dni

Dokonanie rezerwacji wymaga uiszczenia przedpłaty na kwotę równą 30% wartości pobytu. Rezerwacje można bezkosztowo anulować do 7 dni przed przyjazdem. W takim wypadku przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w ciągu kilku dni roboczych. W przypadku anulacji w okresie krótszym niż 7 dni lub w przypadku niedojazdu, wpłacona przedpłata nie podlega zwrotowi.
